MMR Discusses Hurricane Preparedness in Construction Executive Magazine

BATON ROUGE, La. – MMR Health Safety and Environmental (HS&E) Coordinator Michael Munn was featured in Construction Executive magazine, detailing the company’s hurricane risk mitigation plan and preparedness efforts on the Shell Olefin Flare Gas Recovery Project, in Deer Park, Texas, during Hurricane Harvey in 2017.

MMR’s work on the Shell Olefin Flare Gas Recovery Project recently garnered top honors with an Eagle Award at the 29th annual Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc. (ABC) National Excellence in Construction Awards Gala. In addition, MMR received a Pyramid Award, the second highest honor, for the BASF Geismar 700 Bus Replacement Project.
