MMR strives to provide our clients with exceptional value and the highest level of service and quality, while completing projects in the safest and most efficient manner possible.

This is accomplished by developing the skills and qualifications of individual employees so they share our commitment for safety, quality and client satisfaction. The management and staff of MMR remains committed to the continued enhancement of sound policies and procedures that will protect our employees, clients, visitors and the communities in which we work. MMR recognizes that in today’s competitive marketplace, effective systems are essential when providing safety, quality and cost-effective services to our clients.

Safety Always Comes First At MMR

Our commitment to maintaining a safe work environment, with zero injuries and incidents, is at the forefront of everything we do. It is imperative that safe practices are implemented to ensure our most valuable assets—our employees—remain priority when it comes to working safely. In fact, MMR employees are trained to use Stop Work Authority to halt work when a condition is perceived to be unsafe.

MMR’s Health, Safety and Environmental Management System (HS&E) provides a structured approach to safety performance, and our corporate HS&E Manual contains over 100 policies and procedures that outline safety responsibilities, incident management and reporting, personal protective equipment, OSHA required programs, safe work practices (including electrical) and our Drug and Alcohol Program.

Maintaining Quality Plans & Procedures

MMR’s Quality Management System (QMS) is essential in providing quality and cost effective services to our clients.

Applying “6 Sigma – DMAIC” (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control) methodologies, MMR is committed to providing industrial electrical and instrumentation installation and testing services that comply fully with all project specifications, drawings, governing code(s), etc. as well as being in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards.

Additionally, MMR has enhanced its Corporate Quality Manual with the publication of unique Project Quality Plans (PQP’s) for each division. MMR has the ability to tailor its PQP’s to be project specific in order to capture additional contractual quality requirements.
