Demonstrating Leadership in Safety: MMR Crew Honored by Williams
April 29, 2026
MMR employees Angelica Castro, Carlos Castro, Eduardo Ruiz, Ollie Spencer HSE Tech, Teresa Holt HSE Tech, and Jason Hodges PHSEC received recognition from Williams for stepping up to care for an injured worker on a jobsite.
Onsite at the Williams Plato South Power Generation project, a truck driver was struck in the chest by a large metal chock structure. This incident caused injuries to his chest and right arm, as well as a fractured skull and head laceration.
Without hesitation, the MMR crew members stepped in to treat the injured worker until EMS arrived. Although the worker was not an MMR employee, they acted as though he was one of their own.
Their quick thinking not only helped the injured worker but also embodied the spirit and culture we have at MMR. Thank you for representing MMR and showing what it means to be part of this team.
