MMR Proudly Recognizes its Graduates and Welcomes them with Full-Time Positions

BATON ROUGE, LA – MMR is proud to celebrate the accomplishments of three employees who obtained bachelor’s degrees during the Fall 2023 semester. MMR applauds its employees for working diligently to complete degree requirements and welcomes them as full-time team members.

“At MMR, we sustain an enriched learning environment where students are encouraged to pursue their academic ambitions while also gaining valuable mentorship and hands-on experience in the field,” said MMR President/CEO James B. ‘Pepper’ Rutland. “Our graduates have showcased admirable drive, professionalism and talent during their time at MMR, and we anticipate witnessing their continued growth and achievements as full-time employees.”

MMR offers a variety of positions and career paths for its employees, including recruiting full-time students from colleges/universities that are majoring in accounting, business, computer science, finance, human resource, marketing and more. Additionally, MMR’s learning and development program, MMR University, offers a competitive construction internship program to post-secondary students majoring in construction management, electrical engineering or equivalent in the Capital Region.
