MMR Honors Longstanding Employees for Dedicated Service

BATON ROUGE, LA – MMR proudly honored several employees for their dedicated service during a special presentation at its annual Christmas celebration. MMR President and CEO James B. “Pepper” Rutland recognized Kerri Bianchini, International Administrator, MMR International, Ltd. (17 years); Melissa Castagnos, Data Processing (17 years); David Getts, General Manager, Southwestern Power Group (22 years); Brian Linder, Site Manager (24 years); Jessica Munoz, Office Manager, Southwestern Power Group (22 years); John Salisbury, Operations Manager, Corpus Christi (27 years); and Christopher Schapatone, Electrical Superintendent (27 years) for their longstanding commitment and extraordinary impact during their time at MMR.
“At MMR, employees are our greatest asset and play an instrumental role in shaping our success,” said Rutland. “We applaud their exceptional contributions and celebrate their immeasurable impact on our organization.”
Following the presentation, employees enjoyed an evening of socializing, dancing to live music and sampling gourmet cuisine to commemorate their hard work for the year. MMR celebrated 32 years in the Capital Region in 2023, attributing its success to its dedicated workforce, outstanding performance across all operations and commitment to serving the local community.
