MMR Celebrates Opening of Oklahoma City Branch Office
June 16, 2017
BATON ROUGE, La. – MMR recently celebrated the opening of its newest branch office in Oklahoma City, Ok. with a visit to the Oklahoma State Capitol followed by a ribbon-cutting ceremony.
“Opening a branch office in Oklahoma is a natural fit in MMR’s plans for expansion,” said MMR President and CEO James “Pepper” Rutland. “Oklahoma is a vast oil- and natural gas-producing area in the heart of the oil region, and this branch will allow us to enhance our presence in the upstream, midstream and downstream markets.”
At the Capitol, MMR was welcomed by State Senator Lonnie Paxton, District 23, who presented the company with a certificate for doing business in Oklahoma. The South Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce also joined in the official welcoming.
The ribbon-cutting ceremony was held at the 10,000 square-foot-office/warehouse complex and was attended by hundreds, including federal, state and local officials, Chamber of Commerce members, manufacturers and vendors.
