MMR Celebrates Odessa Facility Expansion to Support Workforce Growth and Enhance Operations

Today, MMR celebrated the completion of a major renovation and expansion of its Odessa office with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and open house attended by employees, clients, community partners, and company leadership.

The investment reflects MMR's continued commitment to the Permian Basin and the local workforce. Since establishing operations in Odessa in 2012, MMR has supported the region's energy and industrial sectors with electrical, instrumentation, and electrical distribution services (EDS).

The expansion features a new enclosed maintenance facility and expanded mechanic shop, providing a dedicated space for fleet and equipment maintenance. By increasing equipment readiness and streamlining maintenance activities, the upgraded facility strengthens MMR's ability to safely and effectively serve its clients.

The renovation also includes updated office spaces, a new kitchen and breakroom, and an on-site fitness center. Together, these improvements support collaboration, employee wellness, and MMR's commitment to attracting and retaining a strong workforce in the region.
