BATON ROUGE, La. – MMR was honored at the 2019 Louisiana Quality Foundation Awards Ceremony with a Louisiana Performance Challenge Award (Level 1). The award was presented to MMR by the Louisiana Quality Foundation, Louisiana Economic Development and the Louisiana Association of Planning and Development Districts, at the Governor’s Mansion in Baton Rouge, La.

From establishing important guidelines and procedures for our staff to providing exceptional services for our clients, MMR remains committed to keeping quality at the forefront of everything that we do.”
The Louisiana Performance Excellence Award Program recognizes performance excellence leadership in both profit and non-profit Louisiana organizations in the areas of manufacturing, service, health care, education, and the public sector. MMR’s Quality Department was honored with the Louisiana Performance Challenge Award (Level 1) for demonstrating achievement of award criteria benchmarks that align with the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Criteria, an internationally recognized standard for performance excellence initiated in 1987. Applicants were required to submit a written application that is reviewed by a panel of Louisiana Performance Excellence Award (LPEA) examiners and judges.
