MMR Receives Eagle Award from ABC Central Florida Chapter

MMR is proud to announce that our Communications division was recently recognized by Central Florida's ABC chapter. The team received a prestigious Eagle Award for their Merchandise Shop Tracker Enhancements project in the Specialty Construction, Entertainment, $500,000 to $1 million category. 

For the project, MMR provided all of the work necessary to complete the installation of Xovis PC2R-Os to understand traffic flow and dwell time at retail locations. The work consisted of demolition of existing cameras, cabling and associated equipment that would interfere with the new camera installations. MMR installed conveyances, new cameras and the structured cabling required for a complete system. Once the system was fully functional and ready for turn-up, MMR coordinated with the client's project managers, field engineers and creative team to verify that all requirements were met. A total of 299 devices were installed. 

The premier Central Florida construction industry competition, established in 1988, honors the most prestigious construction projects in Central Florida. A total of 115 projects were selected to receive the Eagle Award, the chapter's highest recognition. ABC Central Florida honored the Eagle winners at its annual Excellence in Construction Awards presentation banquet in Orlando, Florida.
