Internships

MMR recruits full-time students from colleges/universities that are majoring in accounting, business, computer science, construction management, electrical engineering, finance, human resource, industrial engineering or equivalent.

Interns will have the opportunity to be assigned to any one of our Accounting, Estimating, Human Resource, Information Technology, Project Controls, and Workforce Development Department(s). Depending on their field of study and career path, summers may be spent in the field performing manual labor on a full-time basis in order to learn electrical and instrumentation installations firsthand.

The internship career path and duration will be determined on their career goals, location, major, semester hours, enrolled school, and graduation date.

MMR Construction Management Program

As a continuation of our college / university internship program, graduates will be assigned to various department(s) for a length of time depending on their career path and location. Upon mastering the necessary skill sets as determined by their supervisor, the employee will then have an opportunity to be transferred to a project to gain valuable hands-on field experience. This program is mainly geared towards individuals that ultimately want to hold a project management position.
