Pre-Professional Development Program
The MMR internship program welcomes full-time students from colleges or universities that are majoring in accounting, business, computer science, construction management, electrical engineering, finance, human resources, industrial engineering or any related majors. Depending on your field of study, interns have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the field, actively participating in manual labor to grasp the intricacies of electrical and instrumentation installations. This ensures you develop hands-on experiences and well-rounded perspectives for the complexities of our industry.
We understand that your internship experience is a stepping stone toward your professional goals. Therefore, the internship career path and its duration will be tailored to be aligned with your goals, location preferences, major, semester hours, enrolled school and graduation date. Your success is our priority, and we're committed to nurturing your growth every step of the way.

WHERE THE CLASSROOM MEETS THE REAL WORLD
Separately from our internship program, MMR University (MMR-U) is our internal learning and development program, designed to prepare interns and staff members with the skills and knowledge needed to have a successful career at MMR. The program expands over two and a half years at the Baton Rouge campus and includes in-person instructions with hands-on lessons, virtual learning opportunities, two summers of field experience and mentorship from seasoned MMR professionals.
Exceptional Benefits
MMR is committed to providing exceptional benefits and health and wellness programs so that our employees can seek quality care and a healthy work-life balance. As an intern, you will receive monetary compensation, access to training and mentorship opportunities, and a rewarding and fun work environment.
