Baton Rouge, LA – Thanks to MMR employees in Baton Rouge, La., Pasadena, and Beaumont, Texas, hundreds of underprivileged children will experience the joy of Christmas through the Salvation Army Angel Tree Giving and the United States Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots programs.
MMR employees offered support to underprivileged children in their community by filling Santa sacks and donation barrels full of items on each child’s wants and needs list, which included donations of scooters, games, coats, shoes and much more.
The Salvation Army Angel Tree Program is a charity that makes Christmas possible for the underprivileged. The Salvation Army believes that every child deserves to know the joy of a new toy, a new outfit, and to have a special holiday meal with family at Christmas.
