BATON ROUGE, La. – MMR announced that it has expanded operations at its headquarters complex in Baton Rouge, La. with the grand opening of a 30,000 square-foot Integration Center. MMR, whose roots began in the Capitol City in the early 1970s, has grown to become the largest open-shop electrical and instrumentation construction firm in the United States with 25 offices domestically and internationally.
“Over the last ten years, MMR has seen tremendous growth in all industrial sectors,” said MMR President and CEO James “Pepper” Rutland. “The Integration Center is an example of our strategic plan for continued development across industry lines and geographical boundaries.”
The Integration Center serves a need in the Gulf Coast region by providing enhanced panel capabilities to industrial clients which were not previously offered at the local level. The Center is UL 508A certified and offers a number of services including the construction of industrialized control buildings, custom control panels, analyzer sample systems and analyzer shelters.
MMR will celebrate its grand opening with an open house and ribbon-cutting ceremony later this month.
